Deadline approaching to file for school board trustee!
The deadline has passed for filing a Declaration of Intent to run for school board trustee, however if you are still interested in becoming a trustee candidate you may file as a write-in candidate through Thursday, April 3rd. Votes only count for write-in candidates who file with a Declaration of Intent. Please see the attached form that will need to be returned before 5 pm on Thursday, April 3rd. Northwestern Energy has just let us know that our power should be restored by 8:30. School will continue as planned unless we are given additional information.
As you are aware our power is out. We are currently working on gathering more information from Northwestern energy on an estimated timeline and will send out more info shortly.
The kitchen at Geraldine Public Schools is thrilled to announce the arrival of our first donation of Montana-raised bison and locally raised beef as part of our Farm-to-School initiative! These generous contributions will allow us to serve our students high-quality, locally sourced protein while strengthening connections between our community and local producers.
To celebrate this exciting milestone, we invite board members and student families to join us for lunch and a special Montana Beef vs. USDA Beef taste test on March 27, 2025—come taste the difference for yourself! Families are always welcome to join us for lunch, and adult meals are available for $5 per plate. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our donors and partners in bringing fresh, Montana-grown food to our students!

March 11, 2025 Regular School Board Meeting in the School Library at 7:00 p.m.
Tomorrow's Bearcat Middle School basketball games scheduled against Great Falls Central Catholic have been postponed.
Boys and Girls Basketball Northern C Divisional Brackets. The Divisional Tournaments will take place in Great Falls at the Four Seasons Arena starting Feb 26th - Mar 1st.
Due to extreme and hazardous temperatures, all bus routes will be delayed 2 hours. Stay safe this morning!

Due to tomorrow morning's weather conditions forecast, the condition of our rural routes this afternoon, and staffing concerns, we will be delaying the start of school tomorrow until 10:00 AM. Determination on bus routes will be made after assessing tomorrow's conditions.

January Regular Board Meeting
Due to blowing and drifting snow tomorrow's bus routes will be canceled. School will remain in session as scheduled. Parents, if you choose to bring your students in we urge you to wait for good visibility and avoid north/south travel on county roads.
Good evening GPS! We intend to have school in session as scheduled tomorrow. As usual our bus drivers will individually make the determination if they will need to delay their route as per their individual circumstances. Additionally, due to Highway 87 conditions there will be no DGSG practices or games in Belt tomorrow.
